However, I had not found Andrew's patch which is on the pgsql.hackers list on 28th Jan I looks straightforward enough that you should be able to adapt if not apply directly to the 9.0.3 source. It's mainly concerned with configure and re-ordering winsock2.h / windows.h includes.
