This might be caused by one of those: _AC_COMPUTE_INT([sizeof (omp_lock_t)], [OMP_LOCK_SIZE],, [AC_MSG_ERROR([unsupported system, cannot find sizeof (omp_lock_t)])]) _AC_COMPUTE_INT([__alignof (omp_lock_t)], [OMP_LOCK_ALIGN]) _AC_COMPUTE_INT([sizeof (omp_nest_lock_t)], [OMP_NEST_LOCK_SIZE]) _AC_COMPUTE_INT([__alignof (omp_nest_lock_t)], [OMP_NEST_LOCK_ALIGN]) _AC_COMPUTE_INT([sizeof (omp_lock_25_t)], [OMP_LOCK_25_SIZE],, [AC_MSG_ERROR([unsupported system, cannot find sizeof (omp_lock_25_t)])]) _AC_COMPUTE_INT([__alignof (omp_lock_25_t)], [OMP_LOCK_25_ALIGN]) _AC_COMPUTE_INT([sizeof (omp_nest_lock_25_t)], [OMP_NEST_LOCK_25_SIZE]) _AC_COMPUTE_INT([__alignof (omp_nest_lock_25_t)], [OMP_NEST_LOCK_25_ALIGN])
The OMP_NEST_LOCK_ALIGN var gets replaced by configure for this target with nothing. I assume that test for __alignof (omp_next_lock_t) fails here.
