gnu gettext在windows平台上存在问题, 开启nls选项没什么用.需要对libgettext做relocate修复. 我编译过enable-nls的版本,gcc有很多输出没法显示.后来发现是对vfprintf函数的支持问题,但我没法修复这个问题.
