I have the same problem with exe linked to msvcr90.dll (on Windows 10 64-bit Home). I can run exe linked to msvcr100/110/120.dll, ucrtbase.dll and msvcrt.dll. Is it needed something special to run exe linked to msvcr80/90.dll on 64-bit Win10?
