These are observed in MPFR tests. In order to show the problem, one needs to build the CRT with `--enable-experimental=printf128` (or `=all`), then build GMP with this CRT, then build MPFR with this GMP, then run MPFR tests. This kind of thing is painful to debug like a matryoshka; I suspect we can add this setup on GitHub Actions.
