For mingw-binutils, mingw-gcc and mingw-gdb I think these are correct (as their native counterparts also use libiberty). However for mingw-headers, mingw-crt and mingw-w64-tools I think these are false positives. The source tarball of these packages indeed does include the source code for libiberty, but this code isn't used when building these packages.
