Hi,

I'm looking for a way to install and test a cross-compilation toolchain from RHEL6 to 64-bit Windows. RH Support pointed me to some EPEL mingw64 RPMs, but the packages are not up-to-date and I've been told to use Fedora 17 or 18 packages instead.

I've tried to find a "fedora.repo" file I could install in /etc/yum.repos.d on my RHEL6 machine in order to download the mingw64 packages, but could not find it.

What would be the best way to get mingw64 to work on RHEL6?

Is there such a fedora.repo file that I could download and use from RHEL6?
Will there be dependency problems with the Fedora 17/18 RPMs for mingw64 on RHEL6? Should I get source mingw64 RPMs and build them myself on RHEL6? If so, which source RPMs should I use?

I've been told that mingw64 is planned for RHEL7, but I'd really start using it on RHEL6 within a short delay.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Regards,
