Accessing it just now it seemed responsive to me. Are there any particular links that are consistently unresponsive, or any particular periods that it's been unresponsive for you? There are certainly aspects that need further development (hence the 0.x version number for Cohttp, the web library), but that site has been self-hosted now for several years without major problems (and the ones we've found have been fixed!).
