Yes, the problem was related to the installed Mirage version (2.4.0), I
upgraded it (2.5.0) and it's working now, thanks.

What versions of mirage, tcpip, nocrypto and zarith are you using?
Does your generated Makefile contain "-L@gmp-xen"? If so, you probably
need a newer version of the mirage tool (so the @ is expanded).
