One thing that confuses me all the time is the lack of a human-readable 
explanation of what all the various files are (.pem .key .csr .crt etc).  A 
tool that parses a file and explains where it fits into the overall goal of 
serving an HTTPS site would be most useful.  The simpler the interface, the 
better!
