Hi Sven, you should probably install ocaml 4.02.3 from opam.

Yesterday I tried to install webmachine from OPAM, and I had to pin dispatch to 
version 0.2.0, because 0.3.0 requires ppx, which is not available for ocaml 
4.01.0. However, when I wanted to install the example from the git repository, 
it failed because of a dependency on dispatch >= 0.3.0.  

If you have some sample code that works within mirage, that would be extremely 
helpful for me as a ocaml newbie.
