This looks like a bug in the opam2 rewriter script.  After your patch to add 
support for OpenBSD in opam-repository in 
be99c7856693ce21fa3dd3a04837b673a0390ba6, it appears that the corresponding md5 
in the 2.0.0 branch in opam-repository hasn’t also been updated.  You should be 
able to submit a manual PR to the 2.0.0 branch of opam-repository with the new 
md5 for mirage-build.sh, and all will be good with the world again.
