write more on comments
• indent(1) not lint(1) reformats them
‣ but not slash+star+{hyphen-minus,star,newline}
• clang -Wcomment checks them for Doxygen syntax
‣ apparently not 3.1 and I can’t be bothered to try 3.2 atm
• we prefer not-on-same-line except for a single ;
‣ mostly for Ohloh and line length
• change one single-line bad example
also, even British English uses “program” without -me except for TV
