Due to very reasonable arguments against mirrors being asked to run
CGI scripts, we have removed that requirement. Now all CGI scripts
are pointed at specifically through http://www.apache.org/. The very
top link on the home page is now a link to finding a closest mirror.
Sorry for the confusion before, comments on the new system are
welcome.
