Here's my suggestions ** Adjust the list of official mirrors to reflect the people that are mirroring the site and have been winging for the past couple of months to be added to it.
If you guys are busy doing other stuff whether it be work related so you can earn money or to do with apache... Email me as I am more than willing to update the mirror pages and email them back to someone to ftp upto the server.
