south china apache mirror

Dear all :      I just setup a mirror of apache in  http://apache.todayisp.com    (61.145.112.67)  . This server locate in GuangZhou city , china  (China telecom super date center GD province ). I use rsync  and write a cront like that :   0 2,16 * * * /usr/bin/rsync  -rtlzv --delete --exclude incoming www.apache.org::apache-dist /home/todayisp/web/apache/   16 is the beijing time , I think it is    4am Pacific Standard Time  ,and I update twice a day.
