        I change some setting

http://apache.cdpa.nsysu.edu.tw/

ftp://apache.cdpa.nsysu.edu.tw/apache/dist/ change to

ftp://apache.cdpa.nsysu.edu.tw/Unix/Web/apache/

        someone could update the mirror list ?
