Okay, looks basically good but there is no point in rsyncing the apache-site/www-site module. It is absolutely sufficient to only rsync the apache-dist module (for details see http://www.apache.org/info/how-to-mirror.html). Please change your setup and drop us another note so that we can finally include it.
