Sorry, not right now but the ASF Infrastructure Team is working on getting another master mirror up in Europe (Netherlands) soon. Though, I'm not sure if this will help in Singapore/Asia...
Perhaps you can use another, closer mirror to sync off. There's only one other mirror in SG, see http://www.apache.org/mirrors/, but perhaps you can arrange something?
