You were using dozens of rysnc connections, thereby preventing other mirrors from accessing our server. So you are now banned from connecting by rsync.
Other than that, the problem was that the bandwidth available to your apache mirror was not sufficient.
Although we appreciate your contribution of a mirror, perhaps you could better support apache in some other way:
