Before I add your mirror, I'd appreciate it if you would respond to Erik's initial comments about your bandwidth constraints. Are you sure you have adequate bandwidth to run an apache mirror?

indicates an Apache mirror can take up a large part of your traffic
(here 55.82 GB for a US mirror), so 100GB/month might not be
sufficient...
