Sorry about that.
The reason for this behavior was the lack of available RAM on the server
with LibreOffice mirror.
We just added some memory, now the server should be stable.
Ex parvis saepe magnarum rerum momenta pendent.

Yesterday, I received a complaint about the slow mirror. [1] A download is
very slow. Although speed is shown ~240 Kb/sec, the download periodically
stops. The total download time is obtained more than an hour. Besides that,
the server sometimes returns error 503. Today, the situation has not changed.
