Hello TDF mirror admins,
I'm a mirror host and working to add more TDF mirrors in India. Recently, 3 new
TDF mirrors were added in India. According to mirmon/mirrorbrain, each has been
up and running without any issue for 6-7 days [1].
Still, almost all the downloads are being served from big 3 German university
mirrors. Confirmed with mirrorlist as well [2]. Is there a particular reason
local mirrors aren't being used in this case?
