NAT-PT has some essential disadvantages and RFC 2766 (NAT-PT) says
in section 1:

   A fundamental assumption for NAT-PT is only to be use when no other
   native IPv6 or IPv6 over IPv4 tunneled means of communication is
   possible.

I recommend you to read the Draft "Reasons to Move NAT-PT to 
Experimental" 
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-v6ops-natpt-to-exprmntl-00.txt
before try to use NAT-PT.
