I queried about this on kde-nonlinux, but so far I have received
no response.

Kspread crashes every time I try to load an Excel spreadsheet that
was emailed to me by a business associate. Gnu Ssconvert displays
and prints the emailed Excel spreadsheet correctly. I have created a
simple 1-page native kspread spreadsheet that I can modify as a
replacement for the Exel spreadsheet.

Print Previewing the replacement spreadsheet worked the first 4 or 5
times I tried it. But now, when I try to preview the spreadsheet, the
preview image comes up blank, Also, when I try to print the spreadsheet,
I get the message 'nothing to print'. This in spite of the fact that I see
the
spreadsheet properly displayed on the screen. This problem is now 100%
repeatable with this spreadsheet.

I have checked to see if the print color was set to the same value as
background, but that does not appear to be the case.

xpdf, kword and gnumeric still print correctly.

Should I just switch to a different spreadsheet? (Recommendations).
I will upgrade to 3.7 as soon as I can afford to.

Thanks,
Dave Feustel
