He didn't reply to you asking "do we have?".  He replied to you making
the moronic statement "still astonished that there is no command
available on OpenBSD to sync passwd and user directories".  The fact
that you think such a command should exist, and that you are
"astonished" that openbsd isn't filled with hundreds of MBs of useless,
redundant commands is what people have a problem with, not asking a
question.
