Rule of thumb 30M per session plus 30M. This does not account for the memory the kernel needs - just the three bgpd processes. 2 Peers should run with 128M (at least I think I had two full views on a 128M soekris lately). For a production system with 3 peers I would use 256M RAM or more. Our core routers normaly have between 512M and 1G of RAM because the prices are so low. -- :wq Claudio
