I don't have any problems running my (home) firewall on an old SparcStation 20. It's a damn shame that I can't take advantage of the dual 100 mhz processors with OpenBSD... then maybe it would be powerful enough to serve websites, svn, postgresql and email too... or not. But if there's no (noticeable) bottleneck between the Happy meals on my box, I can't imagine any problems for you on the Ultra5. Unless the U5 is the one that uses RFC 1149 ethernet adapters...
