Howdy? I've recently lost my cache of misc mail and I was wondering if anyone can point me to a explanation of the rationale for moving the php config into /etc. I've moved from 4.9 to 5/snap and am having some trouble getting apache to work with php so I'm hoping that an explanation for this will give me some idea how to get it to work, with or without chroot.
