Dear OpenBSD Listeners,

Normally, during the boot process there are found three sd(4) devices:
sd0 for removable MO disks, sd1, sd2 for solid state system disks.
My USB flash memory device is recognized as sd3 (only) when present
at boot time, see the following dmesg output:

Normally it should be recognized upon plugging it into a port of the machine
at any time. But inserting it after the boot process has finished, there are
no messages written to the console; it seems to be not recognized.
