Check man usbdevs and try to get more details about your device when
connected with that command. You can try to install usbutil package as
well which have some more utilites. There's usbutils as well, but
seems like it doesn't have all commands as usbutil. All of them can
provide more details about your HW if possible to get them of course.
Which filesystem is on your device and what product is that? Can you
check with scandisk or whatever for errors?
