A reflector, you need to use "route-reflector <id>" on your sessions on iBGP2. You might want to pick up a book on BGP. Stuart recently recommended "BGP" by Iljitsch van Beijnum (O'Reilly), and "BGP Design and Implementation" from Cisco will also help you along.
