I believe the font is 22 pixels high. Your screen resolution is 900 pixels high. That gives you 900 / 22 = 40 lines of text, leaving 900 - (22 * 40) = 20 pixels at the bottom. Almost, but just not, one line extra. If only your screen resolution was 902 pixels high ;)
