Don't work in /root, chances are you'll fill up / in no time. $ ls -lh src.tar.gz -rw-r--r-- 1 daia daia 150M Aug 7 2013 src.tar.gz Start seeing any problem? Also, avoid downloading files as root. Regards, Liviu Daia
