You are welcome.

4GB iso works easily with the simple method above.

DAO is "disk at once".
-use-the-force-luke is not documented in the man page.
This is deliberate. All are advised to use a GUI.
This is especially important for DVD+R dual layer 8GB.
Setting the break point to the 2nd layer is difficult.
