There's GitHub site that's still active and there is ports/security/reop, maintained by jturner@, but generally it has been awfully silent. If anybody uses reop, they aren't exactly advertising it. jturner@ has a key and a Google search turned up bentley@'s key, but that's it. If tedu@ has a key, I can't find it.
