Error loading pf rules: Device busy

Hi all,


I have a strange problem. Every time that I try to reload my pf rules I see
the following error message:


pfctl: DIOCADDRULE: Device busy.


I am using OpenBSD 5.8 amd64 fully patched.


Any idea??
