problem install 5.9 on HP Pro 3130 MT

I had try to install OpenBSD 5.9 on HP Pro 3130 MT, with usb and dvd
media.
The install process stop on message: 
root on rd0a swap on rd0b dump on rd0b

can somebody help me to find a solution?
