I recently had an issue with frozen VM on qemu-kvm and we were discussing how to get memory of that VM for investigation.
How would this be handle with VMM? This could be especially useful for troubleshooting VMM VMs running with SeaBIOS. We have found this https://github.com/juergh/lqs2mem.py project, it's a python script which converts libvirt-QEMU-save (LQS) files to raw memory files. So maybe it could be considered for inspiration. j.
