If /usr/ports/pobj is on the same partition as /, you need to mount /
with the wxallowed flag.  Not really a good idea, I would create
a separate partition for /usr/ports/pobj* and mount that with the
wxallowed flag.

* also for /usr/ports, but that's not the issue here
