Hi, I have been windowshopping for a T440p or t540p thinkpad. I try to find a version that uses the intel graphics chipset, but it seems most have nividia and intel.
My question is, does anyone know or have experience using a laptop like this, and disabling the nvidia chipset? If the nvidia chipset isn't being used would that mean that it isn't adding heat? Should I stick to looking at just intel only options? (If it's not clear I am looking at nvida thinkpads, just because there are more of them to choose from.) thanks, PS. Nvidia GT 730M is nvidia otion I am seeing.
