can you send on a dmesg,  what version and architecture OpenBSD are
you running.  ?
I believe dlg@ had added in SFP+ functionality between  OpenBSD 6.5
6.6 ?   ( it may have been SFP+ functionality on the ix(4) (and not
em(4)
driver)
