Did snapshot sysupgrade

On reboot in tty0:
syspatch: Error retrieving
https://mirror.ihost.md/pub/OpenBSD/7.3/packages/amd64/SHA256.sig: 404 not found

Issuing pkg_add -u:
https://mirror.ihost.md/pub/OpenBSD/7.3/packages/amd64/: no such dir

I see other mirrors
https://cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/
https://mirror.planetunix.net/pub/OpenBSD/
https://mirror.leaseweb.com/pub/OpenBSD/
don't offer 7.3 either.

Some apps don't work and complain:
ListUtil.c: loadable library and perl binaries are mismatched (got first
handshake key 0xec00000, needed 0xeb80000)

I believe either /pub/OpenBSD/7.3 should be present with 7.3 stuff
or sysupgrade should deny upgrading
or some other way.

Have I missed something?
I did numerous snapshot sysupgrades
and this is the 1st time I encounter such issues.
I know release date is soon and system and ports and packages
of current snapshot are almost 7.3 release.
But how do I sysupgrade properly when close-to-release?
