What are academics and others who require citation management using in OpenBSD nowadays?
i'm not an academic myself - merely engaged with academia - but i'd be interested to know the extent to which people are making use of refer(1). i've only started working in the roff ecosystem in recent years, having spent more time in the LaTeX world, and i've been increasingly appreciating it.
