Hello, Mizsei; I took a look at Linkstar H68K and it looks to be using the same Realtek chip as the CM4 carrier board I have (RTL8111H).
It seems that this is an issue on ARM64 devices. I'm not sure who's maintaining wrote the re(4) driver but I'm more than happy to help add support to for ARM64 devices, whether that be contributing code or sending devices to help debug the issue. Ben Raskin
