I've never used DRAC, but ILO (the real deal, like in HP360G4) is pretty solid. Stay away from the el-cheapo variants found in DL145 and the like. You might want to purchase the Advanced pack, since that gives you fancy stuff like remote ISO mount from you workstation. I've also used Sun's ILOM. HP's is still better IMHO.
