Right now it works out of the box on 7.5:

/etc/acme-client.conf:

    domain kirill.korins.ky {
            domain key "/etc/ssl/private/kirill.korins.ky.key"
            domain full chain certificate "/etc/ssl/kirill.korins.ky.crt"
            sign with letsencrypt
    }

/etc/relayd.conf:

    http protocol https {
    ...
            tls keypair kirill.korins.ky
    ...
    }
