No, it's as simple as "you own your system". It is yours, and you
can't absolve yourself from any responsibilities unless you pay
someone a support contract. Only then can you demand something from
those people you pay to keep your system in a certain shape. Noone at
the obsd side owes you anything, which is made clear by the license:

 * THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES
 * WITH REGARD TO THIS SOFTWARE INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
