This is all pretty silly but I'll note that the readme in /usr/share/dict says that web2 contains the headwords of "Webster's Second International Dictionary, all 234,936 words worth. The 1934 copyright has lapsed."
The word in question seemingly cannot be found there, which is arguably a real reason to remove it. https://archive.org/details/webstersnewinter0000will/page/2042/mode/2up But of course we live in a less genteel age and rude words are now found in many dictionaries. E
