For a two client, one server setup I have something like:

  server (openbsd)
    /etc/hostname.wg0
      inet 192.0.2.1/24
      wgpeer ... wgdescr client1 wgaip 192.0.2.2/32 ...
      wgpeer ... wgdescr client2 wgaip 192.0.2.3/32 ...
      ...

  client1 (openbsd)
    /etc/hostname.wg0
      inet 192.0.2.2/24
      wgpeer ... wgendpoint server-ip 4321 wgaip 192.168.10.0/24 ...
      ...

  client2 (Mac OS X, or what passes for it these days)
    [Interface]
    Address = 192.0.2.3/32
    ...

    [Peer]
    AllowedIPs = 192.0.2.0/24
    Endpoint = server-ip:4321
    ...

Both ways are okay provided the configuration is correct for each
particular way (much as you can communicate the same concept in
Esperanto or English provided your Esperanto or English is good), though
adding more software from ports for what base provides could be bad if
someone can corrupt the third-party package.
